Entry is open to any UK coach tour operator that produces a printed coach holiday brochure. The judges will be looking for a quality finish, together with well laid out and uncluttered content. The brochure, which must relate to all or part of 2016, should be easy to navigate with clear price points and an easy-to-understand summary of what the tour and price includes. With so many brochures now meeting this criteria, the judges will be looking for something that makes the winning brochure stand out from the crowd.

In this category, in addition to evidence of excellent day-to-day customer service (testimonials and operator feedback), the judges will also be looking for evidence of how carriers have developed/enhanced the service offered to coach tour operators over the last year.
